The accommodations are for three nights* for up to four people:

- Sleeps 4 /1 bedroom with kitchen (1  King + 1 sofabed)

- Check-in day: Thursday, October 15, 2009

- Check-out day: Sunday, October 18, 2009

Check-in: 4 p.m.
Check-out: 10 a.m.

Smoking policy: Smoking not permitted inside villas. $250 fee charged for not following this policy.
Parking: On site, no charge, for one vehicle and two motorcycles. For more motorcycle parking, please discuss at time of booking. Trailers up to 12 feet $10/day.
Payment: due in full with reservation. Cancellations allowable until 90 days prior to check-in day with full refund. No refund will be given for cancellations after 90 days prior to check-in day unless you find an alternate renter.
Check-in Deposit required: Upon check-in, you will be charged a $25 deposit for incidentals that will be refunded if not used. Major credit card required.
