Motorcycle Events  Below is a list of past, present, and future motorcycle events. Where possible, we have a link to the event website or myspace. If you have an event you host or like to attend and you don't see it here, please be sure to send us some info on it at icreswell@coolbikerides.com. We'll be happy to list it here. | Hawg Stock - This event takes place in Winterset, Iowa and is home to the "Shower Stage". To  quote their website, "Bikes, Babes, Beer and Bands!". The Rhinebeck Grand National Super Meet - This is three big days of antique bikes, parts and collectibles. It will be held at the Dutchess County Fairgrounds in Rhinebeck, NY from June 13-15th, 2008. All makes are welcome! If you would like more info, visit their website at www.rhinebecknationalmeet.com. Antique Motorcycle Meet - This is held by the Yankee Chapter Antique Motorcycle Club of America on August 1 and 2nd, 2008. It's being held at the Lions Fairground, Route 85 in Hebron, Connecticut. The chapter website is www.yankeechapter.org. Ware Firefighter's Fill The Boot Ride to support MDA - This is being held in the town of Ware, MA rain or shine on May 17, 2008. It will begin and end at the Polish Hall, 61 Joslyn Rd, Hardwick, MA. Registration will be from 8-10 AM with the ride begining at 10:30. Springfield Motorcycle Show - This is a show held in West Springfield, MA each year. 2008 was the third year this show has been held. We exhibited at this event and had a blast. Make sure not to miss it in 2009. If you're looking to keep yourself busy with motorcycle stuff in the off season, be sure to stop in! Check out their website at http://www.osegmotorcycle.com/ for info on next years show. Rice-O-Rama - If you're a Japanese motorcycle enthusiast, this is the show for you! This is an event held in WEbster, MA at the 200 Sportsman's Club at 184 Sutton Rd on September 7, 2008. For more info, take a peek at their website at www.rice-o-rama.com. Museum of Springfield History - The city of Springfield, MA was the birthplace of Indian Motorcycles. A new addition to the Springfield Museums will be opening in 2008 that will include an extensive collection of indian Motorcycles. We had the chance to see some of  these at the Springfield Motorcycle Show this year and can't wait for the opening. They have announced October 18, 2008 as the big day. Bike Week Laconia, NH - This year marks the BIG 85th Anniversary of Laconia Motorcycle Week and it promises to be record breaking year. Don’t miss all the action, motorcycle racing and events. Americade Lake George, NY - Americade has become the world's largest multi-brand motorcycle touring rally, attracting over 50,000 annually. It's a convention of riders and passengers who enjoy riding tourers, sport-tourers and cruising motorcycles. For more information stop by their website at www.tourexpo.com/data/. Daytona Beach Bike Week Datona, FL - Also called Daytona Bike Week, is a motorcycle event and rally held annually in Daytona Beach, Florida. Approximately 500,000 people make their way to the rally area for the 10-day event. The festivities include motorcycle racing, concerts, parties, and street festivals. The event is usually held on the first full week of March and contends with the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally as the most popular motorcycle rally in the United States. Here's their official website: www.daytonabikeweek.com/. Myrtle Beach Bike Week® Myrtle Beach, NC - The second largest rally on the East Coast this is "A Must Go To Rally". Myrtle Beach Bike Week® will host more than 350,000 motorcyclist in 2008 along the 60 miles of beautiful beaches from North Myrtle Beach to Murrells Inlet, also known as "The Grand Strand". The “Largest Outdoor Vending Location” is the MBBW Event Grounds, located at Inlet Square Mall in Murrells Inlet SC with over 25 acres for vendors and parking. www.myrtlebeachbikeweek.com AM JAM Motorcycle Rally - Memorial Day Weekend at the Cobbleskill Sunshine Fairgrounds in New York. www.am-jam.comArizona Bike Week - Arizona Bike Week is one of the best of the Arizona motorcycle rallies. www.arizonabikeweek.comBikes, Blues, and Barbeque -- Fayetteville, Arkansas -If you haven't been to this rally you have been missing out, because this is one incredible biker party in the scenic Ozark Mountains. At this time of year the trees are changing colors and the weather is the perfect temperature for long motorcycle rides through the winding roads in the Ozarks. Bikes Blues and Barbeque is one of the best motorcycle rallies in Arkansas. www.bikesbluesandbbq.orgBiketoberfest -- Daytona Beach, Florida - This Fall Rally happens each year at Daytona Beach which is located in the center of the East Coast of Florida about 90 miles south of Jacksonville and 60 miles northeast of Orlando and is becoming more popular every year. www.biketoberfest.orgBlack Hills Reunion Tour -- Rapid City, South Dakota -The Black Hills Reunion Ride motorcycle rally gives you the same beautiful riding terrain as the Sturgis motorcycle rally, but without the crowds. Cripple Creek, Colorado - The Cripple Creek Salute to American Veterans Rally is one of the best Colorado motorcycle rallies. This area of Colorado not only has winding hills through the mountains filled with pine trees, but it also has a lot of historic mining sites to check out while you are going on a motorcycle ride. www.pro-promotions.com/cripple_creek_rally.phpDelmarva Bike Week -- Ocean City, Maryland - Delmarva Bike Week will be held at Ocean Downs Racetrack which is located in Berlin Maryland. This is one of the largest Maryland motorcycle rallies. www.delmarvabikeweek.comGolden Aspen Rally -- Ruidoso, New Mexico - (AMA) sponsored motorcycle event that attracts over 30,000 bikers. This New Mexico motorcycle rally held at the Ruidoso Downs Sports Theatre Complex. www.motorcyclerally.comGulfport Blowout -- Gulfport, Mississippi - The largest of the Mississippi motorcycle rallies held Memorial Day Weekend. www.harleyblowout.comHollister Independence Rally -- Hollister, California - The Hollister Independence Day Rally is held in Hollister California over the 4th of July weekend. This show is considered one of the biggest West Coast American motorcycle rallies. www.hollisterrally.comHonda Hoot -- Knoxville, Tennessee - If you are looking for beautiful touring ride terrain, the Honda Hoot in Knoxville Tennessee has it. So hop on your Honda chopper or Goldwing and get ready to ride because the area is surrounded by four national parks which offer many miles of incredible rides some of which include the Appalachian Mountains. This sport, cruiser and touring motorcycle rally will not only be brand friendly welcoming all motorcyclists including Harley-Davidson, Indian, BMW, Honda, Yamaha, and ALL other brands, but also this will be family friendly. www.hondahoot.com | 
Fund Raiser for Pat "Butch" Flynn - Butch is 42. He has been in the hospital in Bristol, CT since being diagnosed with cancer in the summer of 2007. Depending on his condition, his time is
split between the hospital and a nursing home. The medical expenses for this care and treatment are staggering. He has no financial resources. This benefit is to raise money to assist his family and friends who are shouldering the responsibility for his continued treatment. Click here for a flyer to find more information! http://www.heartsatplay.org for more information Vermont Thunder - A once a year ride held on each Sunday of Memorial Day Weekend in conjunction with Rolling Thunder. The ride is held the keep our still missing serve members in the forefront until each and everyone is returned home. They sell patches and pins to raise funds for veterans and their families in need, and funds are sent in the form of a grant and in most cases they don't even know about being considered. Help is not just confined to VT, they have helped Veterans in MA as well as NH. This is their fifteenth year of the ride. If your horse comes from the Triumph breed, be sure to pencil this one in! Last Mile Ride at Gifford Medical Center in beautiful Randolph, Vt. - 100-mile ride through some of Vermont’s most beautiful countryside. Riders will pass rural communities, village centers, multiple covered bridges and even follow the gentle curve of picturesque rivers. The route includes valleys and hilltops and a mid-way break for riders to stretch their legs. The ride ends at Gifford Medical Center. For their effort, riders get free commemorative pins, T-shirts if they register early, an escorted ride, a very fun day and the opportunity to support an outstanding cause.
