Miss Sturgis Contest Wraps Up - On-line vote proves diversity of the biker community
Sturgis, S.D. – March 31, 2008 – The Miss Sturgis 2008 and Girls of Sturgis Bike Week contest, after eight weeks of on-line voting, has produced a diverse array of 12 beautiful and personable finalists for the title of Miss Sturgis. March 31, 2008 - Biker Down - Al "Tibby" Thibodeau, owner of Tibby's H-D in Springfield passed away over the weekend. Al was the founder of Tibby’s Harley-Davidson over 50 years ago, and very active in the motorcycling community in his day. For the past 20 years or so, the store has been managed by his son Jason.
